Shipping Policy

COVID-19  
Our hearts go out to everyone, as we are all affected by this unprecedented uncertainty.  In these rapidly changing environments, we believe that communication and transparency are key, and we want you to know what we're doing to smooth the curve.  
 
Pay attention to packing and shipping  
We understand our customers' concerns about privacy and caution.  All our shipments will be shipped in plain cardboard boxes without any marks or information.  Our shipping label doesn't say so, and we try to make sure the packing is careful.  
 
Orders with standard shipments usually take 1-3 working days to process and ship domestically, and 3-5 working days for foreign orders.  Weekends and holidays are not working days and therefore are not included in processing and transport times, so please consider non-working days when choosing a mode of transport.  Once the order has been sent, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can use to query shipping information.  
 
Calculate working days - shipping days are 24 hours per day.  If you place your order before 2 p.m. Monday, Tuesday will be a working day.  If you place your order after 2 p.m. Monday, one of the business days will be Wednesday.  
 
The lost package  
 
After the survey is completed, if your order is lost in transit or sent to the wrong address, we will replace it for you (if there are still any).  If we cannot replace it, we will refund your order and the freight.  However, if the carrier confirms the delivery to the correct address, we will not be able to refund.  
 
Tariffs and duties  
We do not pay any tariffs, duties or taxes in the international order.  The country may or may not charge you for your order into the country.  This does not always happen.  Please note, however, that it may occur and we do not pay these fees.
